A wonderful HAPPINESS JAR experience… Thank you, Jane!
My Happiness Jar wasn't so happy at first. What if I feel generally happy but can't think of particularly happy moments? What if everything feels "less crappy?" What if there are several happy moments, how do I choose? How do I decorate it? Why is having a Happiness Jar as much work as calculus? Well, here it is, a couple of weeks in and I've finally relaxed. My husband is doing it as well. What a wonderful idea, worth the internal battles at the onset.
