My 'Happiness Jar'!
I believe we should all be grateful for whoever makes us feel happy and satisfied. We should be appreciative.
The good moments will always be recalled by remembering how we felt in the old days. I do not want to forget the lovely and great people I have in my life, even if I never get to see them again. They will always be a part of my heart and soul.
I've been hurt so much. I've suffered a lot in my life.
I always need to see a light of candle; this jar will be the sun of my life.
Every night, I will write down "the miracle of the day" on a piece of paper and put it in the jar.

HAPPINESS BAGS from seven-year-olds in Dubai…so lovely!

Hi Liz! I am from Scotland and currently teaching in Dubai!! I always ask my kids what the most important thing is (to be happy) and they know they are responsible for their own choices and OWN happiness!! We made Happy Bags this week for my birthday! The kids said they had such a lovely time and were eager to fill them up!! Toys, cards and photos were just a few things that went into them!! More teachers should try this and encourage our youth to take responsibility for their own thoughts and feelings! My kids are learning that at only SEVEN!! Thanks for the inspiration Liz!! 🙂
