Good morning Elizabeth. I've been meaning to post this for a while. My older girls from my Girl Scout troop made these happiness jars for their moms for Mother's Day. They all loved this idea and earned an arts and crafts badge for making them. Thank you for this wonderful idea.

Dear ones —
A friend to this page asked if I would open up this question for discussion/help/suggestions. This woman has a dear friend who has just found out that her teenage daughter has been routinely sexually abused for years by her father. Both the mother and daughter are suffering terribly. The friend wants advice for how she can be support to the both of them during this awful, dark time.
I know that many of you out there have been through valleys of all manner of darkness — both on your own, and walking alongside loved ones. If you have thoughts and advice from your own experiences on this subject , could you be kind enough share your experience with a good soul who wants only to be of service?
