This sentiment is true at the global level, at the political level, at the historical level, but most intimately at the personal level.

Ask yourself this morning if there's anything in your life that you are allowing to continue that needs to stop? Can you imagine stopping it? What would it take? A dramatic action, like a self-intervention or an escape? Or just a change of mind — a decision, a commitment, a newly-drafted contract between yourself and your destiny?

I've had moments of realization about WHAT NEEDS TO STOP that have caused my entire life to be thrust into upheaval and into huge wild waves of transformation. But I've had other moments of realization so quiet and simple that nobody would ever have noticed the change occurring…except for me. Moments where all I did was change my interior landscape from YES to NO (or sometimes: HELL NO) and my whole life's trajectory shifted forever.
