Elizabeth,
You inspired me to add hand painted "happiness jars" to my etsy shop! They've been wildly popular and wanted to share my most recent one with you! This is my 2014 wildflower jar. I have been mostly painting mason jars, but love this apothecary jar which also reminds me of your wonderful SOAT. : ) Blessings and thank you for inspiring me!!

HOW YOUR BODY LANGUAGE AND POSTURE CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
Guys, watch this TED talk by Amy Cuddy if you get the chance — it is both wonderful and amazing.
Some of the transformative information in here about the way we hold and present ourselves seems almost too simple to be believe…but it's all true.
I found her personal story incredibly moving, as well.

So watch and learn, dear ones!
Shoulders back, chin high, arms open wide and ONWARD!

HENRY WHITTAKER IS ALIVE AND STEALING…
A few of you have sent me the link to this story, about a rare waterlily being stolen from Kew Gardens just this week.
Amazing that some modern-day version of our fictitious Henry is still actively stealing plants from the botanical treasure house that is Kew.
This was a hanging crime back in the 18th century — and also a really common crime, given the enormous value of rare plants to hungry collectors and rival gardens during the golden age of botanical exploration.
I do hope authorities find the dear missing waterlily — and if they don't, I can only hope she is the hands (or the greenhouse) of someone who knows how to keep her alive.
