This is Charlie, a green male Eclectus parrot, who was rescued by Rebecca Blagg. He now lives with her in Eastwood, Notts. The parrot had been almost starved to death and had plucked out his own feathers in desperation. Rebecca has knitted Charlie a jumper to help him keep warm.
