I just read about the happiness jar and got so inspired I went ahead and created one for myself immediately. I just started therapy and this is just a great thing to do to boost my self esteem. Thank you for the inspiration and thank you for "Eat Pray Love". I love it! It's made me start planning my trip around the world and even use meditation to sleep better and feel better. Love and happiness to you from me. ♥
