Hi Liz I asked you awhile ago now what was the happiness jar which you kindly replied. After a little thinking I decided to make a happiness jar/journal. Whenever I need inspiration I flick through it & trust what ever page it turns to is the one for that moment. I can take it with me where ever I go.
