I LOVE this! The entire family got together and made HAPPINESS JARS! (It's been a while since we talked about HAPPINESS JARS, so here is a review: Get yourself a jar of any size. Decorate it however you like. Every night, write down the happiest moment of your day. Put it in the jar. Repeat! That is a HAPPINESS JAR. Whenever you're feeling blue, reach in and pull out a good memory. I've done this for years, and it's a simple practice with wonderful returns.)
But I've never seen A WHOLE FAMILY DO IT! This is glorious and inspiring…
