HELLO BRITISH ISLES!

I have landed. I just spent the day wandering around London, doing what I always do in London (namely: looking in EVERY DIRECTION — left, right, up, down, behind me, under my armpits — before crossing the street, because frankly I have no idea what's going on here, traffic-wise.)

I am delighted to be here, and on my way in a few minutes over to my first event, at the offices of my UK publisher Bloomsbury. Should be LOVELY!

Next week, I will be taking part in a rather unusual event. I’ll be joining an Australian audience at the NSW State Library via a Google+ Hangout from London.

A Google+ Hangout is a little bit like a social Skype with up to ten people in the digital room. If you would like to be one of those ten people, you will need a Google+ account.
