Glad I brought this brilliant book from my hometown of New York to Roundstone, a small fishing village in Ireland. As rich and smooth as Irish butter, SOAT goes well with Shepherd's Pie and a roaring peat fire. I'm going to be up very late. Thank you, Liz.
