SOAT at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC. Particularly appropriate because Mr. Grove made his fortune off malarial treatments (Grove's Tasteless Chill Tonic), just like Henry Whittaker. Then he built this gorgeous old inn.

I just found out from my publisher that sales of THE SIGNATURE OF ALL THINGS more than doubled between last week and this week!

Proving to the world that books aren't dead, after all? Or just trying to help your friend Liz have a really happy holiday?

Oh my god! Lita made a SIGNATURE OF ALL THINGS cake! With a beautiful red-headed Alma perched on top. Is that a moss-covered boulder? An an orchid? I love this so, so much!!!
